                          The Crow God

Grandma why do crows always follow us? And what's a hurricane and what are Northern lights?Okay Corv sit on grandma’s lap and let me tell you the story of our creation and how this planet came to be. Before of all creation, all that stood was The Crow God. And for eons, he soared through the vast emptiness of the universe alone. Until one day he decided to create other beings into existence. He created the 7 great spirits The Fire spirit, Ice spirit, Water spirit, Wind spirit, Light spirit, Dark spirit, and The Terra spirit. With the help of all the great spirits, the Crow God created Earth. Even though the planet was full of plants and other greenery it was still a desolate planet void of any life. And The Crow God thought to himself “who shall be here to take care of my planet?” and then the Crow god had an idea to create beings to take care of his planet. The Crow God spoke “Arise and let there be life” and what arose from the ground were two beings knowns as humans and a vast amount of different creatures and beasts. And the Great spirits were amazed and frightened by the powers of their creator. The Crow God spoke to the two humans and he named the human male Corvus and the human Female Casta. And he said to them “These are your lands and these are your beast and creatures and all I ask of you is to repopulate and make this world into something whether it's good or bad.” And the spirits looked at their creator with anger and disbelief for letting the humans do whatever they please with the world all eight of them worked hard to create to be handed to them so easily.  

   

So, they plotted against their creator to destroy him and the humans so they could rule over Earth. But knowing they were too weak to destroy their creator so they had to idea to combine their powers and abilities to hopefully create a being that would match The Crow God’s power. And they did they created a new being called The Owl Goddess. And The Owl Goddess was very beautiful with her yellow eyes with her long silky white hair. She could soar through the skies without making any sound and she could look in all directions at once without moving her body and she could hear things from the other side of the planet. The Owl Goddess had various abilities but still could not defeat The Crow God. The Owl Goddess and the 7 Great spirits devised a plan to trick the humans into leading The Crow God to let his guard down. The 7 Great spirits would create a love potion and The Owl Goddess would seduce Corvus into giving The Crow God the love potion and telling him that it was juice. So, The Owl Goddess was handed the love potion from The 7 Great spirits and she flew through the dark starry night without making a sound and landed in Corvus and Casta's resting place. And woke Corvus up and quickly took him across the lands so Casta wouldn’t wake up and overhear their conversation. Corvus scared cried out "Crow God Crow God help I am in dang-” was what Corvus was able to say before The Owl Goddess slit Corvus throat open preventing him from calling The Crow God. Knowing that their plan would not work The 7 Great spirits had The Owl Goddess disguised herself Corvus and flew back to his resting place. The next morning Casta noticed something was wrong with her husband and called The Crow God to talk about him. Just as they started talking The Owl Goddess disguised as Corvus appeared and started walking towards both The Crow God and Casta. Feeling the killing intent, The Crow God quickly sent Casta through his robe so she would appear at another land far from what was about to happen. Then The Crow God ask “Who are you? You are not the Corvus I created.” and The Owl Goddess disguised as Corvus continued walk to him pulling out the potion and kneed to him saying “My lord I made this drink from our freshest fruits please partake and drink it.  

The Crow God being interested took it and drunk it. Immediately the effects of the potion starting effecting The Crow God and The Owl Goddess revealed her true forming to The Crow God stating “You are now under my love potion you shall forever obey The 7 Great spirits and I” and as soon as she said that the spirits arrived to taunt The Crow God. And before The Crow God fell into the full effects of the potion, he quickly took out The Wind spirit and The Light spirit. And they both explode. The Wind spirit explode into a hurricane and The Light spirit exploded up to the night sky and created a wave of light which became the northern lights. After seeing what had become of their fellow spirits, they all vanished and flew away from The Crow God and The Owl Goddess fearing what the outcome of their battle would. Seeing the power of the Crow for the first time The Owl Goddess was frightened but she didn’t back down she charged towards The Crow God but he disappeared and appeared behind her and grabbed her leg and turned around and slammed her on the ground. And The Crow God got on top of her and impaled The Owl Goddess in the stomach and recaching up to her heart to pull it out. But before he could he saw Casta running back towards them with Corvus body lifeless body in her seeing that shocked The Crow God enough to give The Owl Goddess enough time to dig into The Crow Gods chest and grabbing is heart. And The Crow God looks down at The Owl Goddess and they lock eyes. And she says “I will never stop hunting you” and The Crow God says back “And for what you’ve done to my children I too.” And they both rip each other’s heart out of their chest both falling until one another. As Casta gets to their bodies two new creatures fly out of The Crow God’s and The Owl Goddess’s body. A crow and an owl, and the crow landed on Corvus body healing him and bring him back to life saying that they have The Crow God's blessing and crows will forever watch over them and their descendants. And that my child is why the crow always watches us and protects us
